Rogz AlleyCat range has no elastic. Instead it features a Break Away Safety Buckle which is designed to break open if your cat's collar gets snagged. On the Small Size the buckle also has a variable load adjustment, so you can increase the buckle's holding strength. All three settings allow the buckle to break open if placed under too much strain. AlleyCat collars are also made with reflective materials to maximise visibility and increase the safety of any night exploring cat.
